The Stress Reduction Workshop

Stress is becoming a “new norm”, but burnout and overwhelm are neither healthy nor sustainable. Mindfulness practices are necessary to retain veteran employees and recruit and retain new employees.

In this workshop you’ll learn mindfulness tools, including communication, meditation and other soft skills, that are today’s requirements for building a happy and high-performing team.

All classes are taught on-line via zoom, recordings are provided, but live participation is highly encouraged to build your mindful community.

Our classes and workshops are unique! They include a mini-meditation, education, and group discussion taught by Craig Marshall a 35-year yoga monk. This is a great foundational class to guide you on your mindfulness journey.

We Do Things a Little Differently!

For the nearly a decade, Mindful “U” has educated, trained and coached thousands of club professionals. Our courses, workshops, and discussions are always interactive. They’re a camera on, microphone on, interact with all students kinda’ experience. 

We have found success in building connections and relationships. It’s part of our goal to create a network of mindful professionals, and connecting with each other is the first step. 

Classes are taught by Craig Marshall (a monk for 35 years) and Rick Ladendorf (an influencer in the private club industry for over 35 years) otherwise known as The Monk & The Mastermind.

OVERVIEW
In the 21st Century, all of us are in the “people business”, requiring us to collaborate, problem solve, and resolve conflicts with a variety of managers, colleagues, staff and members. Managing up, down, and sideways is never easy.

INVESTMENT
When you enroll in a workshop you will also become a Mindful Professional Member ($1200 annual value). A Mindful Professional Membership gives you a weekly invitation to our Core-Topics Discussion Group where we discuss topics like, “Tools for Not Taking Things Personally,” “How Your Thoughts Become Things,” and “How to Prime Your Mind For a Better Night’s Sleep,” to name a few. Core-Topics are held every Wednesday from 1:30 -2:30 pm PST.

Members also have access to the Mindful “U” curated resource library which includes articles, videos, guided meditations, and inspirational messages. Mindful “U” Members have the opportunity to connect with other members on the platform and in a private LinkedIn Group which Craig and Rick participate in to further support our students. Cost to enroll is $399 with discounts when enrolling in multiple workshops

The Mindful Manager is a good first workshop to take, but is not a requirement. Students can enroll in any workshop in the order that best fits their goals and schedule.

Get Certified!

Mindful “U” offers a “Certified Mindful Professional” (CMP) accreditation for completion of the Mindful Professional Course or completion of six workshops. Becoming a CMP gives mindful professionals 21st Century leadership skills and differentiates them from other candidates during a job search.
