Our Mindful Professional Course is available in both live and on-demand formats. Either way, you can track your personal progress, access video lessons & complete learning exercises all from your personal learning portal.
Program Options Include:
- On-Demand — An easy-to-use, self-guided program designed to provide complete access and overall flexibility. Weekly class lessons are available on-demand along with recorded group discussions & class exercises. 1st month $99 then $49/month thereafter. Cancel anytime.
- Live — This interactive option allows students to participate in weekly, live class discussions. It includes on-demand access to class recordings, full access to lesson exercises as well as a complimentary 30-minute coaching session with "The Monk" (a $200 value). 1st month $129 then $79/month thereafter. Cancel anytime.
- Certified Mindful Professional (CMP) Course — Our cost-effective solution for those seeking to improve their professional skills and earn their CMP certification. Enrolled students earn credits for completing 26-weekly lessons & exercises. Includes a complimentary 30-minute coaching session with "The Monk" (a $200 value). One-time course fee $499. Includes 12-months access.

What to expect
Each week you will login to your portal dashboard to access weekly lessons, exercises & available class recordings. Simply complete the weekly lesson exercises (15 to 30 minutes).
For those seeking their Certified Mindful Professional (CMP) certification, you will earn points by completing weekly exercises and accumulating at least 80% of total available points. A printed Certificate will be sent to graduates within 30 days of successful completion.
